Kindly arrive 5-10 minutes early for appointments. Maintain a clean face, especially near the eyes. Multiple no-shows lead to booking restrictions with a deposit requirement. Appointments are individual-only to ensure every client's experience is enjoyable and exclusive. Clients must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent. Services can be refused if intoxicated or lashes unsuitable for extensions due to specific conditions. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
